All we require is your full name and phone number. Each time you purchase a bottle of wine we put a slash on your card which is on file at the Wine Shoppe. When your card is full (18 slashes), you get a FREE $18.00 bottle of wine! If you prefer the $12.00 bottle of wine, you may have it, but there is no refund. You may also have the $27.00 bottle of wine if you pay the difference. No discount cards to carry or holes to punch on the cards you carry, you just need to remind us to write down your slashes.
